Return and Refund Policy
At AS AltroStile, your satisfaction is as important as the quality of our garments. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help you manage your return in a simple and transparent way.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, without providing any specific reason.
Return Conditions
To ensure the integrity of our work and maintain quality for future customers, we accept returns only if the products meet the following requirements:
Condition: The item must be new, unused, and unwashed.
Originality: All labels and tags must still be attached.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Note: We cannot issue a refund for items showing signs of wear, alterations, or damage not reported at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specific nature of some of our products, the right of return does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized items (created specifically for you)
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
- Gift Cards
How to Make a Return
Starting the process is very simple:
- Contact us at info@as-altrostile.it within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
- You will receive all necessary instructions by email to proceed with the return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service: AS AltroStile cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.
Refund Options
Once we receive the package and verify that it meets the return conditions, you may choose one of the following options:
Refund: Issued within 14 days to the original payment method (excluding initial shipping costs).
Store Credit: A voucher of equal value, with no expiration date, to be used on your next order.
Size/Item Exchange: Subject to availability or production time.
