Each of our garments is the result of an artisanal process: made or finished on request with the care and attention that only handmade craftsmanship can guarantee.
Choosing us means embracing a slower, more conscious rhythm, far from mass industrial production, to receive a unique, high-quality product.
Production and Processing Times
As we create value with our hands, preparation times vary depending on the product type:
- Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 working days
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or hand-finished items: 20–30 working days
Note: During peak seasonal periods or for particularly complex workmanship, processing times may slightly vary. We thank you for your patience: beauty takes time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Once the creation process is completed, your order is handed over to our partner couriers. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your purchase in real time.
Shipping Costs
- Italy: Standard shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Europe: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and displayed before payment.
- International shipments (outside the EU): Costs vary depending on the destination and are always shown before order confirmation.
Customs Duties and Taxes Information
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are not included in the order price or shipping costs.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are collected directly by the customs authorities of the destination country at the time of import.
We recommend checking your local regulations before placing your order.
Important Delivery Information
Address verification: Please carefully check the information entered. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Package receipt: Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is intact. If you notice any damage or signs of tampering, we recommend accepting with reservation and notifying us immediately.
